Terms and Conditions: Crown Paints & Lily O’Brien’s April Fools Prize Draw
By taking part in the Lily O’Brien’s/Crown Paints April Fools Prize Draw, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that they will apply to and govern your entry into our Prize Draw. Entrants can enter the Prize Draw by following the instructions outlined on the Prize Draw post.
The Prize Draw is to win up to €/£100 worth of Lily O’Brien’s Chocolate and up to 20L of Crown Paint (from Walls & Ceilings, Easyclean, Crafted or wood and metal ranges, ELLE and trade products not included). Lily O’Brien’s and Crown Paints reserve the right to decide which products are included in this prize. Any images are for illustrative purposes only.
1 winner will be selected at random.
The draw entry period will be open for entries from Tuesday 1st April 2025 until Tuesday 8th April 2025 at 12 noon GMT - any entries after this will not be counted.
All entrants may be asked to take part in PR and advertising. Entrants may decline this request.
Any entrants where comments in reference to entries use defamatory, obscene, or offensive language will be disqualified.
The Prize Draw Entry is open to all Republic of Ireland and UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of Lily O'Brien's, Crown Paints and anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules. The draws are random and no correspondence will be entered into.
Lily O’Brien’s and Crown Paints reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw at their sole discretion should the Prize Draw not be capable of being conducted as specified.
Entry is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Winners will be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw closing.
The Prize Draw winner will be contacted by social media. Full address contact details must be provided by the winner to Lily O’Brien’s for the prize to be sent out. Once winners have supplied their details, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prize. If the required information isn’t supplied by the winner within 5 working days from contact, an alternative winner will be drawn. The original winner will then forfeit the prize.
Please note: A designated courier will be used to deliver the prize.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law. Entries that are not completed before the closing date and time stated above, not as specified or due to technical errors will not be accepted. This includes a communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or WIFI, mobile phone, broadband, mobile internet or WAP connections. Ineligible entries, automated entries and those made fraudulently will be disqualified.
A list of winners will be available after the closing date by sending a SAE to the Prize Draw and promoter address. Green Road, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
