Ordered these early to be delivered on a certain date, after ordering because of the length of the text we wanted the team reached out to double check what format we would prefer and were extremely helpful here

The chocolates were dispatched on time and were delivered exactly day and date

The guests really appreciated them and were very complimentary on the design

The service from Lily O'Briens was exceptional. I had ordered our chocolate wedding favours but a week before our wedding I realised we were going to be short 10. I contacted Chloe by email and she replied promptly. Chloe contacted the production team and organised for the extra 10 chocolate favours to be delivered just in time for our big day. I would highly recommend.

I cannot praise them highly enough and want to pass on my heartfelt thanks particularly to Chloe who went out of her way to help. I'd contacted on the off chance to see if it was possible to have just a very small quantity of favours done for my mother's birthday 99th birthday together with a few other items but in a very short timescale. I really didn't expect it would be. Emails were responded to immediately, nothing was too much trouble, an order was arranged and I was given an exact delivery date. Everything was so easy and smooth due to such wonderful customer service, a rarity these days!
